The AGBH - Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions and the payment, reservation and cancellation modalities of H26 HOTELBETRIEBS GmbH apply.

Booking conditions and terms of payment

Your reservation is guaranteed when you provide your credit card details and we will hold the room(s) for you for the whole night.
Please note that your credit card will be pre-authorised or charged for the total price of the booking (including local taxes and fees) prior to your arrival.

We ask you to depart by 11.00 am. The full room rate will be charged for late arrivals and departures.

Cancellation conditions and cancellation fee

In the event of early departure or late arrival, the cancellation conditions of the Austrian hotel contract conditions or the payment, reservation and cancellation modalities of H26 HOTELBETRIEBS GmbH apply. With the exception of promotional rates - these can no longer be cancelled or rebooked. Please note that in this case your credit card will be charged the total price immediately after booking.

Our pricing is not based on fixed dates but on capacity utilisation and the time of booking. The earlier you book, the cheaper the room rate.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. Excluded are promotional rates and event dates (European Bike Week 07.09.2021-12.09.2021 | Villacher Advent 30.11.2021 | Villacher Kirchtag 01.08.2021-08.08.2021)

In the event of later cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to debit 90% of the accommodation price from the credit card if the reservation is not re-let.
