Front Office Employee (m/f/d)
As the name suggests, the front office employee is at the forefront of hotel operations - at the reception desk - and is therefore one of the first people to welcome guests in a formal manner. The area of responsibility is wide-ranging and anything but a boring 9-to-5 job.
We are looking for dedicated and talented people to join our team all year round and help ensure that our guests enjoy an unforgettable experience.
What you bring with you:
• Completed vocational training and front office experience
• Excellent manners, well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma
• Extensive universal knowledge, innovative spirit and strong emotional intelligence
• Excellent oral and written skills in German and English;
• Knowledge of English an advantage
• Experience and affinity for PMS, especially Protel
Your tasks:
• Optimal guest care as part of your reception shifts (early, late and part-time service)
• Independently manage and control processes at the front office (check-in/out, guest correspondence, arrival and departure checks, invoicing with travel agencies, etc.)
• Processing of reservations and reservation control including OTAs and travel agency bookings
• Active support for guests when planning their holiday on site
• Close cooperation with restaurant outlets, housekeeping & technology

We offer you an attractive working environment in a vibrant, exciting destination right in Villach. Attractive special conditions are offered in all Androz establishments for Family & Friends (subject to availability). Board & lodging are of course included; single and double rooms available.
Salary details:
With the appropriate minimum qualification and a 5-day week, we offer a salary according to the KV with a high willingness to overpay.
